晚上吃完飯想看電視，但打不開，問前台説7:30以後沒人，明天來修，誰會在這地方住2天？你要住這酒店最好一入住馬上檢查電視、空調、熱水……否則沒人來修，也不會給你換房。

Traveling with a family of 5 with 3 young adults was very pleasant at Mercure in American River in Kangaroo Island. Located not too far from the ferry terminal, the location was beautiful. Large rooms with great views. Decent meal options in the hotel. A few amenities were missing/ faulty in room 15: the TV wasn't operating properly and the water kettle was missing. We sadly had to check out one night earlier than planned, due to sudden cancelation of ferry services following stormy weather forecasts. This prepaid night couldn't be refunded, unfortunately.

The quality of this hotel is very poor for the price. The furnishings and bathroom are very old and have a lot of damage. We spent 2 nights there, but on the 2nd day there was no room service, not even the trash can was emptied. The breakfast was not good either. For 30 AUD there was no fruit, salad or cheese. Also the distance to restaurants is too big

We loved the room. It was modern and had lots of room especially for our 6 months old. They were accomodating and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice accomodation and delicious breakfast the next day!

房間挺老的，地面角落的地方不是很乾凈。 四星是因為確實有泳池等配套服務，但是澳洲星級對應國內都得降檔次罷了… 服務挺好的，但是假期期間明顯人手不夠，早餐服務有點慢。早餐中規中矩，是在固定菜單裡選擇一份單點，限制於袋鼠島的極有限資源不想批判啥～ 總體算滿意，但是感覺衹能算國內三星標準吧。想要小資奢侈遊的不要選這裡。

美居是我經常訂的酒店集團，服務品質不論哪裡的美居都是一致的。袋鼠島的美居，一進門熱情的前台女士笑容和表情令人舒服體貼。因為島上的天氣變化大，早晚涼，午間熱，夜裡氣溫下降大，所以衞生間配有取暖器，房間的空調開著暖氣，一點也不覺得陰泠。酒店的正面向東，早上可以看到日出，的確佔得天時地利。
